Seriously sitting here on the phone now for over an hour to still be put on hold only to repeatedly be told to leave a message and they’ll call back. But no. I have to waste my time and repeatedly call until I personally speak to someone only to be told the same damn thing their fucking website says. What the fucking fuck right now. It’s called a deadline for a reason. You’d know what to do if you actually took two seconds read the damn page. My mom is ridiculous. The fuck she think she is. Like she’s automatically immune to the rules over everyone else. Fuck this. Telling me to call just to make sure the website is right. NO IT’S FUCKING WRONG. THEY PUT FALSE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE PURPOSELY FOR THIS REASON ALONE. So they can get idiotic calls from people questioning if what they have on the website is accurate. JFC.
